- Are IP Water Enhancers unlimited?
- Are all tofu flavors allowed on the protocol?
- Is Redmond Salt still recommended?
- Why were vegetables not added to the photos on the Phase Sheets?
- Do supplements have to be taken at lunch?
- Why is pork not included on the Macros Protein sheet?
- They have canola oil listed on in the new "oils" section. People are asking why this is okay as they've read mixed to negative reviews on canola oil from different sites, health places etc...
- To clarify the protein serving in phase 2, is the amount measured uncooked as we currently do? Also, with the additional oils, is there a guideline to heat or not to heat?
- Why are carrots not listed on the Daily Macro Need sheet?
- The stabilization macro sheet doesn’t allow swap outs? For example Greek yogurt versus 2 percent plain. Greek is now considered a protein source, but 2 percent would be fat. It’s not an option listed under fat.
- Can they have dandelion leaves?
- Is Ideal Protein considering revising the “artificial” sweeteners used in the products and considering more natural sources? If yes, what is the direction they are considering.
- Also, under the What to Expect The First 7 Days, there is a repeated reference to having an extra IP from "your extras box", (see page 3) What is the extra box?
- In the new protocol, under Daily Optional Items, sugar free gum and mints are not listed. Do they come under the heading of the 4 artificially sweetened items?
- Any suggestion or guidance with mixing IP foods and whole protein?
- May I eat the bloom on the cactus?
- Is lamb allowed on the protocol?
- Can you add avocado and carrots to the not allowed sheet?
- Are they adding sparkling water on the sheet as counting towards your water intake?
- Can we add salt and pepper to seasonings?
- Is cactus and bok choy in the select category we didn't see them in both categories but assumed they were?
- Is quinoa measured raw or cooked?
- Is whole wheat spaghetti measured raw or cooked?
- Why was canola oil chosen over coconut oil?
- The Daily Macro Needs sheet indicates the Flaxseed oil should be consumed COLD. Is this the same for Phase 1 too?
- The Daily Optional Items section of the Phase 1 sheet mentions the option of taking 2 Cal-Mag chews in place of 4 Cal-Mag tablets. Are the Cal-Mag still mandatory in Phase 1?
- The Daily Macro Needs sheet states steel cut oats only- I know that there is not a big difference between oats and steel cut oats. Do you see this to be an option?
- If we’ve reduced the whole protein serving to 4-6oz in the US, why didn’t the servings of eggs change?
- On the Phase 1 sheet, it says “4 servings of artificially sweetened beverages and items.” Does this mean clients can drink diet soda?
- Why were tournedos removed from the Phase 1 sheet in the US?
