Are the supplements/micro-nutrition mandatory in Stabilization (Phase 2)?

During the Step-down week (the first week of Phase 2/Stabilization) supplements and micro-nutrition are mandatory. But going forward in Stabilization, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates and some dairy will be added back to the diet. Because these foods bring many of the nutrients removed in Phase 1, they are no longer mandatory but highly recommended.
