We are currently experiencing issues with iOS devices when creating new client/patient accounts. Currently the Choose your CLINIC! Lookup is not working. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide updates as soon as possible.

- Version 3.11 - When device and app are set to French both decimal and comma are visible on keyboard (Resolved)

- Unable to sync with Apple Watch on Version 3.06 of the Ideal Protein App (Resolved)
- Pre-order cart, ordering Restricted IP items is currently greyed out (Resolved)
- Syncing and adding water from the Main Summary screen is not optimized (Resolved)
- Display Issues with iPhones when the Zoom function is enabled (Resolved)
Android
- Version 6.2.6 - Special characters are now accepted in email addresses when creating accounts (Resolved)
- Version 6.2.5 - This update is now available and we encourage all Coaches to work with clients/patients to verify if this resolves all outstanding issues. If not, please reach out to the Client Relations Department (clientrelations@idealprotein.com).
- Version 6.2.4 - This update corrects all scale sync issues
- Version 6.2.1 - Since update, some devices are not able to sync to the scale - (Resolved)
- Version 6.2.0 - issues reported with Approved Foods and incorrect calories (Resolved)
- Syncing and adding water from the Main Summary screen is not optimized
- Pre-order cart, ordering Restricted IP items is currently greyed out (Resolved)
- Syncing and adding water from the Main Summary screen is not optimized
- When sending a message within the App, it is limited to 30 characters
- Known issues with device compatibility with some Android Phones. We're constantly working on supporting new phones and software versions. If you have an issue with your Android device please notify us so we can investigate.
