- Login to platform.idealprotein.com with your credentials (if you’re a regular coach, make sure with your clinic admin to have all the necessary permissions to add new patients).
- Account => New Account => Email address (make sure that your patient doesn’t have an account already).
- Fill in the different fields: [Account type: make sure to select Dieter]
- Select your Clinic from the drop-down menu.
- Hit the ''Associate'' green tab to assign your patient to your clinic.
Your patient will then receive an email to reset their password"

I'm using my own email address to sign up as a test client, and I haven't received a password reset email. I only received an email that says "Congratulations! Thank you for registering, download the app" basically.
