By default you are set to Phase 0 when you register with the App. To access all features, you must be registered with an Ideal Protein clinic. You can contact your coach and clinic to ask them to set you to the proper Phase and unlock all features of the App. Additionally you can submit a support ticket to us to set it in case your clinic is not fully setup on the IdealSmart Platform yet.
